All faculty and staff members at the Institute of Physiological Chemistry are involved in teaching. Direct interaction with students is particularly important to us. Through lab exercises, lectures, and seminars, as well as through the supervision of scientific theses, we guide, challenge, and support students in their academic and scientific development.

Theses

We offer bachelor’s and master’s theses in our main research areas, particularly on the following topics:
Fats, sweeteners, and bioactive flavor compounds
